Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been delivered, accessed or downloaded, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
A change of mind, an accidental purchase, lack of suitable software or failure to check the stated compatibility requirements does not normally qualify for a refund.
